Welcome to Sportainment! By purchasing tickets or viewing codes for our online events (“Services”) through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, purchase of tickets/viewing codes, and participation in our online events.

1.2. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Ticket Purchases and Viewing Codes
2.1. All ticket or viewing code purchases are final. No cancellations or exchanges are allowed except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy (Section 4).

2.2. Viewing codes are unique to each user and non-transferable. Sharing or reselling of codes is strictly prohibited.

2.3. Access to the event is granted solely through the viewing code. Users are responsible for keeping their codes secure.

3. Access Restrictions
3.1. Any attempt to bypass geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other means will result in immediate revocation of access without a refund.

3.2. Sportainment reserves the right to deny access to users found violating these Terms or engaging in unlawful activities.

4. Refund Policy
4.1. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

- The event is cancelled by Sportainment.

- The event is rescheduled, and you are unable to attend the new date.

- A technical issue on our platform prevents access to the live stream, provided the issue is reported during the event and cannot be resolved.

4.2. Refund requests must be submitted before 2 days of the event. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

4.3. Refunds will not be issued for user-related issues, including:

- Failure to access the event due to technical problems on the user’s device or internet connection.

- Incorrect use of viewing codes.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform and during the event are the sole property of Sportainment or its licensors.

5.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or broadcasting of event content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportainment will not be held liable for:

- Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages).

- Loss or misuse of viewing codes.

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

7. Privacy
7.1. We are committed to protecting your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your personal information.

7.2. By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE.
